Twitter
Strategy and How To’s:
Leveraging More than the Basics
-AN ONLINE WORKSHOP-
Tues., September 7, 2010
1:00 - 2:30 PM EST; $89

This is an intermediate presentation for fairly
knowledgeable Twitter users.
This is not an introductory program.
One of the most powerful things about Twitter is that
there are so many ways for growing businesses and individuals creating
personal brand to use it. Twitter is being used as a research resource,
marketing tool, measurement source, messaging utility, networking
facilitator, and broadcasting system. And beyond opening a Twitter
account and learning how to manage the platform, there are advanced
tactics that you and your staff should know about.
What will I learn?
Join us for a 90-minute workshop to get the real low
down on how Twitter can make a difference in your company. Here's what
we'll cover:
- Creating an overall messaging strategy. CCompanies that have no Twitter strategy do not realize
the damage they do to their brand on a daily basis on Twitter.
- Creating promotional plans. Staying on
message as a part of your overall marketing plan and thinking
outside the box is critical to Twitter conversation.
- Creating content. Learn new ways to engage
your followers on Twitter and keep them coming back for more
conversation.
- Tools for managing Twitter. From basic text
messages to websites to full-blown desktop programs, you can
experience the full benefits of Twitter without ever going to the
site.
- Measuring and tracking. There are some
valuable metrics that you can wrap around Twitter to determine and
expand on your success.
Upon completing the workshop, you can expect to feel confident about knowing what to do to leverage the marketing power of Twitter in your
company.
