Facebook is the most visited site in the US, but people are getting savvy about how they use it. They are searching on it, asking for recommendations and rapidly 'unliking' pages that do not bring real value to their day. 5) Email isn't dead, is it? On the contrary, well-designed email marketing integrated tightly with your offerings and social media is alive and well. You can follow-up on completed purchases, provide meaningful content, or drive them to online activity and rewards. 6) Tell me again about reviews? Conversion rates skyrocket when a potential client interacts with a review or rating. Your testimonials are key to your success, and this is true for ALL types of organizations. Everyone relies on their word and credibility. Even better, 33% of consumers expect to find ratings and reviews when searching. If you don't have any, then create a testimonial site on your web page or Facebook page. Get video testimonials and post them or create a blog that includes great feedback.
