I’m pleased to announce that I’ll be speaking in March to the UMC Carolina Conference about social media and crisis management. And, in June, I’ll be leading a great workshop in Philadelphia for the annual national convention of the Society of Animal Welfare Administrators. That workshop will focus on using online marketing for fundraising, volunteer management and crisis communication.
